Is this Crossfit, P90X, Insanity, ect?
No. Although we utilize High Intensity training, it is not done every workout. Instead we use a periodized model consisting of low, medium, and high intensity days. All our workouts are challenging; the level of intensity is manipulated in order to reduce burnout, ensure safety, and guarantee long term results.
How long is a coaching session?
For beginners it will be anywhere from 20 – 40 minutes. For intermediate and advanced it will be between 40 – 60 minutes.
Is this a class?
No. Every individual member is on their own customized routine. Although there is a slight learning curve to our routines, once the basics are understood the rest comes easy.
Do I need to be in shape before I begin?
Absolutely not. We take on all shapes, sizes and skill levels. We cater to post surgery and individuals who may be in the process of rehabbing injury.
How do I get started?
All new trainees must go through basic training. Basic training allows us to evaluate your current skill and technical level. Most individuals are cleared to train in full after 3 basic training sessions. Each basic training session takes from 20-40 minutes to complete.
